Place a Freezing Trap at the target location, freezing the first enemy that triggers it for up to 20 seconds. The ice has a chance to break on damage. The trap will exist for 30
seconds. Info You can use this to, for instance, trap a caster during a pull in PvE. PvP utility is limited because the arrows, and the spot they land at, are clearly visible to anyone.
